5G and AI Are Still CES Focus 2019

COMPUTER Electronic Show, one of the largest electronic trade exhibitions in the world, will be held again in Las Vegas United States around January 8-11 2019. Although it is still a month ahead, the technology giants have prepared a number of the latest technological trends to be shown to the world. Big brands and manufacturers will focus on 5G technology, autonomous cars, robots, and artificial intelligence (AI).

The technology behind the wheel continues to improve and 2019 will be a big year for innovation. At CES in 2019, there is an interesting event titled "5G and Own Driving Vehicles: Direction of Policy".
Policy will be a major part of the industry next year because the world is competing to follow fast-moving technology. Safety will also be one of the main points of conversation.

The January 9 program entitled "Autonomous / Smart Vehicles, Security and Policy" will also be one that is worth highlighting. Large companies such as NVIDIA, TuSimple and Almotive will also take part in the exhibition.
For virtual reality (VR), many expect great things from the Verifocal Virtual Reality Headset. This device has won the CES Innovation Award and is the first headset in the world based on the company's Verifocal platform.

Artificial intelligence
CES is usually a big event for robots, drones, and artificial intelligence, and 2019 should not be different. From data analysis to speech recognition to predictive technology, AI is likely to be part of many other products at the event. Artificial intelligence for the health sector will also be one of the focuses in 2019.

A talk titled The Case of Using AI: Health, Mobility and Cybersecurity will be one that must be considered. Ethics and morality will be the main talking points related to artificial intelligence at CES 2019.

Scheduled for January 10, the program titled "Solving Bias in Artificial Intelligence" will also be interesting. The fingerprint reader on the screen is one of the latest innovations in smartphones in 2018 and will reach more models in 2019.

What if it is also implemented in a smart watch? Apparently, Samsung has filed a patent that will allow that to happen. Samsung has not confirmed, but it is likely to introduce this technology in the upcoming Galaxy S10.

Not only that, the Korean company also filed a patent to include a fingerprint reader like that in a smart watch.

The smart watch market will develop even further at CES 2019. This technology also leads to health-related devices, such as the Apple ECG sensor in the new Series 4 Watch, and increasingly popular fitness detectors.

Detection of diabetes
More technology can be used to detect heart aberrations or to help diabetics. The session that took place on January 8, called "Quantum Leap in Heart Monitoring: How Do Doctors Manage Data?" Will be an interesting topic to listen to.

Increasing support for cellular payments will also be a topic for discussion, because NFC payments and smartwatches are becoming increasingly universal. It is also projected that many translation headsets and headphones are immediately introduced at the 2019 exhibition.

Moreover, direct translation technology continues to increase along with the high mobility of citizens across the world. It's only a matter of time before we see the product reaching consumers.
In addition, smart homes will be one of the hot topics at CES next year. There are some big names that bring smart home products to CES this year, including Hisense, Panasonic, Bosch, and LG. Of course, they can only present a smart TV, even though the world is waiting for something a little more interesting.
